The Chief Functionary of AWARD holds a Master’s degree in Social Work and brings 32 years of extensive experience in the social development sector. His expertise spans watershed management, education, career development, women and child development, capacity-building programs, Livelihood projects implementation, and community mobilization. He has a strong background in project management, organizational administration, and policy implementation, ensuring effective governance and execution of initiatives.
His experience includes designing and implementing projects, social mobilization, documentation, and promoting Farmers’ Clubs, Joint Liability Groups (JLGs), and Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) at the village level. He has prepared Feasibility Study Reports (FSRs) and Project Completion Reports (PCRs) for watershed programs. He has successfully conducted financial literacy campaigns in collaboration with the RRBs, DCCBs, and commercial banks support.
Additionally, he has a well-established network with government agencies, NABARD, banking institutions, and departments in education, health, water, and sanitation, strengthening AWARD’s overall impact in community development.
AWARD is backed by a strong field team, experienced leadership, professional resource persons and committed community volunteers. Our organization has successfully partnered with reputed institutions such as as NABARD, Reserve Bank of India, SBI Foundation, Azim Premji Foundation, KVIC, APGB, Union Bank of India and other development agencies.

We promote climate-resilient agriculture, natural farming, watershed development, soil and moisture conservation, WADI development, Farmer Clubs, and Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs).
Through financial literacy campaigns, AWARD creates deep awareness on savings, banking services, PMJDY accounts, insurance schemes, pension schemes, digital banking, cyber safety, and government financial services.
We support rural women through practical skill training, micro-enterprise development, structural livelihood promotion, Self-Help Group (SHG) strengthening, and direct income generation activities.
AWARD works directly with tribal and vulnerable families to improve sustainable livelihoods through land development, WADI initiatives, livestock-based programs, and seamless access to government schemes.
Through specialized health camps and mobile medical units, AWARD provides vital primary healthcare support, medical awareness, basic screenings, and critical referral services to underserved rural clusters.
We train energetic rural youth in highly employable market skills, vocational trades, entrepreneurship guidance, and self-employment opportunities to help them build permanent income sources.
